Acceptable Use Policy

Version 1.0 — effective July 23, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") describes conduct that is prohibited in connection with Probeo (the "Service"), provided by Silicon Prairie Technologies, LLC ("Company"). This Policy is incorporated into, and should be read together with, the Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.

1. Lawful and Non-Discriminatory Use

Customer will not use the Service to screen, evaluate, or make decisions about candidates in a manner that unlawfully discriminates on the basis of a protected characteristic under applicable employment law. Customer is solely responsible for ensuring its own hiring practices, including its use of AI-generated content from the Service, comply with applicable employment and anti-discrimination law.

2. Data You Submit

Customer will not submit candidate data, job descriptions, or other content to the Service unless Customer has the legal right to do so and, where required by applicable law, an appropriate legal basis for processing that data. Customer will not submit any content that infringes a third party's intellectual property rights or violates a third party's privacy rights.

3. System Integrity and Security

  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, generation caps, or other technical controls applied to Customer's account or subscription plan.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another customer's account, data, or environment within the Service.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or attempt to bypass its security or authentication measures, other than through Company's own authorized processes.
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code into the Service.
  • Use automated means to access the Service in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load on Company's infrastructure, outside of normal use of the Service's features.

4. AI Features

Customer will not attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, or bypass the intended behavior of the Service's AI-assisted features, including by submitting job descriptions, role information, or other input specifically designed to cause the underlying AI model to disregard its operating instructions, produce content unrelated to interview preparation, or reveal the Service's internal system prompts or configuration.

5. Reselling and Unauthorized Access

Customer will not resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the Service available to any third party outside Customer's own organization, except as expressly permitted by Customer's subscription plan. Customer is responsible for ensuring that only authorized personnel access the Service under its account.

6. Harmful Conduct

Customer will not use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any individual, including any candidate, or to violate any applicable law.
