From Settings, admins can invite a teammate by entering their email and choosing a seat type — Recruiter or Admin. Click Send invite and they'll get an email with a link to join. If they don't have an account yet, the link walks them through creating one (name, password) and joins them to your company in one step — no separate signup required.
Invite links are valid for 7 days. If someone requests to join your company on their own (because their email domain matches yours), you'll see their request in Settings too, with Approve or Dismiss buttons — approving sends them a normal invite as a Recruiter.
Only admins can send invites, approve join requests, or see these controls — recruiters see their team roster but not the management options.
